While I’d love to just pick out a few and say “these are the best ones” – the reality is much different. Everyone’s story is different, some will resonate with you more than others.

RAW edit
What is a RAW edit?
Near all the footage of the primary camera (with me all day). The good, the bad, the ugly, basically everything. It allows all the small moments in the Creative Film to breathe, and be fully experienced again.
It includes outtakes, camera-sound (no music), and some out of focus or shaky shots if I think they’re worth seeing.
What do I do?
Clips are tidied up, sound levelled, colour-graded, and exported in several long clips for easy viewing.
How long is it?
Anywhere from 60 mins (the shortest) to 2.5 hours (the longest).
There are so many variables like coverage time, driving times, ceremony and speeches duration, etc. that affect how much B-roll I’m shooting.
Keep in mind
It’s a somewhat unpolished edit. Due to the nature of filming live events, not everything looks perfect. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t still value in those imperfections. Someone looking bored, falling over, or falling asleep – I’m probably not putting in your film, but in a RAW edit, yes.
